The Month of May is featured by the registration of IF delegates (120 per IF) and the additional IF
officials. It is a crucial task for the whole organization of the event. We wish to sincerely thank all of the
13 IFs that are fully committed to the registration and that respect the registration procedures. So far,
we have successfully completed 90% of the registration work and the information is evolving,
particularly with the updated passport information and visa issue places. The Beijing OC is processing
each and every registration document, activating the visa procedures and a series of other logistical
arrangements.
